Game ban, not a vac ban, game bans are given for more than just cheating. The info link next to the ban notice on your profile explains it all

If the game ban was for CS2 or any other Valve game then it's permanent and cannot be appealed against
If it was for a different game then take it up with that games developers and see if they allow appeals or not

Your account is 27 days old. At this point it's not even worth the time investment to ask for an unban. Just create a new one and don't do whatever you did.

Just read the guidelines related to games you play. Sometimes there is more rules than just "Don't cheat"
