You cannot appeal a CS2 game ban.

CS2 game bans can be issued for, including but not exclusively:
* frequent irregular gameplay as detected by VACNet AI or by other means, this includes premade matchmaking with a cheater repeatedly or cheating committed by yourself,
* incessant griefing by verbal abuse, in-game physical abuse or other unsportsmanlike conduct,
* botting and automation,
* manipulation of matchmaker and rating,
* disruption of gameplay on the technical level (such as DDoS attacks or causing crashes)

CS2 game bans are both permanent and non-negotiable.

you still have your account, you using it to post. Also as per your profile, you have a gameban and not a vacban. there are a few reasons for a gameban.
