I got banned for nothing , and now im banned for 7 days beacuse I kicked to many players. I kiicke maximum 3 pepole because the shotted me, how? What should I do now then can you let me play?

Cooldowns can not be removed or reduced, wait it out, nobody here can help you.

Cooldowns also have nothing to do with VAC or this forum.
