False reports don't result in a ban, and it's a game ban, so there are several possible reasons.

I assume you're talking about CS2, so the ban is permanent and cannot be removed.

The skins will remain bound to your account for as long as the ban is active.

What is steam supposed to do? You admitted to playing with cheats.

Does not matter who did it, the account was caught cheating.
