Выдали бан патрулем, еще в кс го, думал снимут сами потому что никогда не играл со стороним ПО, но до сих пор висит

Your ban is old and permanent.

Nobody will and can remove permanent bans.

Create a new account and move on, you had long enough time to read the linked info in your profile.
