After all you don't really care if they deliver to Tasmania if you're in South Africa. Also arbitrary price points don't make sense. What video card(s) are you looking at. Because I'm sure if I looked around I could find someone willing to ship you a GeForce 1060 for $300 but that might not be what you're looking for.

What you really want is a store that has the hardware you want at reasonable prices, that ships to you, even if it doesn't ship to random places on the other side of the world. No?
