Most likely never. I don't think Activision ever renews their license. They had spiderman games and those are gone. James Bond is gone, transformers are gone and wolverine.

Most of the listed were licensed from the old studios that owned their IP. They changed owners and the licensing cost increased and Activision obviously didn't want to pay extra.

well Deadpool itself proves that they have renewed a license but that was a rare case of a little known character getting a massive hype and popularity boost creating a potential market large enough to justify a new deal.

Don't get your hopes up for another miracle like that though the intersection between a boost like that, previous sales weak enough to suggest there is plenty more left to make (or that this might be a way to recoup from original losses) and a game that got a good enough rep during its first release to seem worthwhile hardly ever happens.

I looked on eBay and Amazon but could not find a pc disk copy for steam for the USA , found 1 for Australia for a little over $20 . Guess I will just have to be happy with my console disk version.
If anyone has a sealed disk version for steam for sale for a good price let me know .

Here in Germany its 9,90 Euro on Amazon for a new copy.

its kinda sad deadpool is a very fun game to play , to me i believe alot of creative thought was put into the movies and the games.

Glad I bought it before this happened, just wish the achievements worked.

Because of what? It is a completely linear hack 'n slay with the most thoughtless skill-trees I've ever seen. The only skills you can obtain is "Carry +1 of X" or "Smash button Y another time to do another move". The AI of this game was garbage so even on the highest difficulty there was no challenge at all.

The only fun thing about it was the voicelines and even those did not came anywhere near the movies.

The reason why it is hyped now is basically because it is the "official" Deadpool game. If the hero had a different name no one would care at all that this game does not exist anymore
