Nothing has changed. I have the latest update from Nov 22 and I can still see an Apple logo in the top left corner in the game library above my games that I can toggle off/on.

not sure if this is what you're looking for...in the top right hand corner there is a question mark icon next to your username.
When you click on this a drop down list appears. Select Store preferences.
Then scroll down until you reach platform preferences.
There should be a list of operation systems just select the one you want in this case mac
