Not a good excuse while selling games supported for the OS
However you need STEAM to download those games and Steam DOES require the embedded Google Chrome and may require other stuff that is not supported on older OS's.
It is YOUR responsibility to make sure your computer meets Steam's System requirements and continues to do so.
Zero issues for now...
GOG supports Mac OS 10.15 or newer for their launcher meaning any update could break it when using MacOS 10.14

Epic for now still supports down to macOS 10.13, but that could change as they continue working on their launcher.

Valve gave more than a year warning every time they have dropped support for an OS.

You can download and install games without an issue on Gog and Epic - How hard is it for you to understand that.
Stop being an apologist.
Until GOG and Epic also update their file compression algorithm to something these deprecated operating systems don't support because they are no longer being updated as happened when GOG updated their offline installers to new ones that required Windows 7 or higher to work. It will happen again someday like just happened with Steam.

Yes. You will still have access to your 32-bit Mac games in your Steam Library. We are not removing these games from your library and they will continue to work on macOS 10.14 Mojave and earlier, Windows and in many cases Linux as well.
