Well they've donated a lot of cash to political campaings + spent a ton of money on bribing, sorry i mean "legal" political corruption aka lobbyism.

It's scraping public data (posts, photos and comments, etc) and whenever someone mentions @MetaAI in chats

So avoid group chats using it. Ditto with any family member or friend using it. It's like an Vampire being invited into someone's home, but it doesn't care who did the invition.

No reason to think they haven't been doing it all along.
