Have you ever team killed in a game?
Otherwise known as griefing

Not on purpose, no.
Not specifically for grieving, most of the time for fun and got killed likewis, mostly just for fun.
Lol. One time in old Star Wars battlefront 2 I joined a match that had zero players and had lots of bots.

I decided to just team kill those bots for fun but then the server banned me for teamkilling which was kinda hilarious.
Only as a joke.
yes and no...

in a rpg, there was a bug... I was killed, and rezzed.. and got my stuff back.. but somehow it also copied all my gear, so a teammate picked it all up.

-> I had no problem with that.. but I wanted to exploit that feature so we would all be maximum decked out.. I had items I would love to have more than 1 off.. he however did not comply.. but neither would he drop my bugged duplicated gear..

this bug could also not be created in the single player mode of the game you needed two pc's (which i not had) and two copies of the game (which I not had and play in lan.. to trigger it...

I had spend hundreds of hours grinding for that gear and it was why I was doing better than him.. he saw it as a leveling the playfield.. I saw it as a rotten dickmove..

so I shot him in the back and kept shooting him in the back...
he did ragequit.. and was angry at me.. but well so was I

to me : he should have helped me exploit the bug OR tossed all the gear... if he was so "highground" that using bugs is cheating...
-> stealing a copy of my 100dres of hours grind gear without giving me anything.. I deemed a dickmove and cheating..
**I also blamed them for my kill as I could solo that boss with ease.. but those morons casted a weakening spell on him while I was in range.. while also not stading side by side with me, but dragging the aggro to me.. basicly retreating while using me to soak all the damage.. without informing me..
=> even worse I had told them i was afk a second (had to go to the toilet) -> so they did this while I was not even at my character.. basicly abusing me as an npc..

to him : me having grinded and thus doing 7 times the fps and having tripple the defence rating.. was cheating.. he did not cause the bug, and merely had a "good drop" he did not even know it was my gear when he picked it up as I was killed killing a boss, so the loot was fair gain.

to this day I still disagree with him over this matter.
Yes and some really deserved it. :)
Not on purpose.
But Democracy waits for no man, and if you run toward my hellbomb, sorry not sorry
Yes... CTF Red Faction 2... Me + Nano 'nade launcher... (still won the rounds though).
nope, i always stuck within the "confines" of the games tos (at least in games where you would be punished for it), no matter if it may have been justified when it was done to others, or yourself when in team games.

but i quit playing a game because of those reasons, along with the rampant cheats, as well as the selling/advertising of cheats, not only in the forums via bots spam (that went on for years as dev/valve moderation, had a ton of trouble trying to stop it from happening), but also in the lobbies of the game.

there was even massive "grouping/teaming" going on and called a "red army", where if you werent part of it, you were "team killed" and that went for anyone not with them, they even ran in large groups (upwards of 10/15/20 or more) that were essentially "teaming" to do this, while destroying the game community.

not to mention the devs and the anticheat, noting to the public, that it was directly coming from a specific region, but punished (moderated) anyone mentioning it in the forums, because "thats xenophobic" for customers to say, but not them to say.

most also seemed to run around with open mics during matches.

im sure everyone knows what game im talking about, but if not... its PUBG, a game i bought/paid for, before they made it free to play... what a waste of money that was.

but also there are others games, where "team killing" happened, i can name many, but in one of those games, if someone purposely started shooting ya, it was fine if you or the whole team, destroyed that player and removed them from the match.

that said, why they design games with the ability to harm your team members, if they accidently stepped into your line of fire, or on purpose, or specifically started hurting players, is beyond reason, as they had to have known design like that causes issues and complaints.

anywho, have a nice day peeps

Used to happen by accident in cod sometimes.

I dont play the cheat infested pvp trash anymore though.
Sometimes on accident in Squad, i mistake an ally for an enemy and fire at them with a 125mm shell from a tank.
Yeah but I blamed the dog
Oh, absolutely. I was a menace back in the good ol' Halo 3 grifball days.
Too many times to count.
