I'm depressed... 😔
I just finished watching Berserk 2016 (the bad CGI anime) and I'm reminded how the creator has passed away and the story may not be finished. I am aware his friend has taken over the work but still I feel like there is just SO MUCH more to Berserk and we won't get answers to so many things or see the end of it.

its never the same

look what they did to police academy
I understand your pain. Even if the team follows Miura’s sketches and roadmap, it can never replace having his mind at the helm.
It seems we’ll never uncover the backstory of the multi-breasted apostle, the new monsters, or Griffith's true winged, phallic form. And yet, the narrative feels almost complete.

What about when a classic IP is reimagined for the modern audience?
That's not depression, it's disappointment.

Depression is when option is to do nothing.

From this perspective, the plot is straightforward: Griffith betrays the God Hand because he refuses to serve what he sees as inferior, unfashionable masters, aiming instead to become the universe's supreme center of power himself. In turn, the God Hand betrays Griffith, perceiving him as a threat to their established world order. Meanwhile, Guts discovers a new inner strength and an unexpected method to potentially defeat them all. In a critical moment, Casca activates Guts' Behelit but defiantly refuses to sacrifice their son.

Sorry. You're depressed.

Let's cheer you up. They say travel fast and enjoy slow.
