I've been upgrading my SIM Rig for a number of years and I pre-ordered my first Fanatec unit: CSL DD with 8 Nm extra FFB and it has run flawlessly (once I got the cords tight & secure). I have .also been running the ClubSport Pedals V3 for a couple of years (now out of warranty). Last week the BRAKE Pedal just stopped being recognized. (The Throttle & Clutch work fine). So, I made a Ticket for Fanatec Support.

Later the next day I already had a reply. The techie (Chris Schulz) asked a few question to pin-point the problem. He then completed all the necessary paperwork and my new parts are on the way!

I was worried when Fanatec seemed on the rocks. But I'm now confident that Corsair is committed to Excellence.

I remain a BIG Fanatec FAN!.
