pretty simple idea to get more people to notice and remember it's there - instead of it being buried ONLY when on the library page of that selected game and finding it on the right hand side. why not just have a NOTES page and you can access all your notes via the system tray icon in the bottom right of PC when you right click. it could fit around the Friends and Settings section.

Also, adding a way to verify (force) it's saved / synced like the current save games sync and show cloud saves are synced.
