You could simply disable comments in the reviews if you don't wish to be asked questions.
We both know that's not what review comments are used for.
Reviews are in the public domain. If you have comments enabled you invite replies.
Plus people can own some of these games in other places like gog, epic, or etc... Even on console.
It may not be your experience, but that is what they are mostly used for, yes. That is also what they are intended for.
If you are having an issue with someone posting on your reviews, you can either block them or set the review to not allow comments.
