i was impatient and bought an offbrand docking station. Works perfectly fine. Even has the same issues as the steam deck dock. Like unplug your steam deck while it's connection to the internet is wired. This will result in your network going bananas and pretty much deny yourself internet service. LOL.

So pro tip. Always unplug the internet cable from the docking station before unplugging the steam deck from the docking station.

But yeah. If you can not wait. Find an off brand one that has the ports you need.

Still gonna get valves docking station when it's back in stock though. Having 2 could be handy as well. Having one by my PC and having one in the living room.
