How do you contact support?
Is there any way to actually contact support?

I've received what appears to be a legit email from Steam stating that one of my games was refunded, and I want to contact someone to find out if it's real and if so, why, but there don't appear to be any boxes I can click on any of the support pages I can find that fit this and I can't find any kind of "other" option to contact support...

support can only be contacted thru the ticket system. the email they use is only for outgoing email, it is not monitored for incoming emails.

check your purchase history, does it show anything being refunded?

if it does and you didnt make the request, your account may be compromised.

If you have access to the account

Steps to take NOW to secure the account:
1. Scan for malware https://www.malwarebytes.com/
2. Deauthorize all other devices https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
3. Change passwords from a clean computer
4. Generate new backup codes for your Mobile App https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
5. Revoke the API key https://test1.login.steam.hlxgame.cc/dev/apikey (there should be nothing in the APIKEY)
6. If points were stolen, do a password RESET to cancel the awards/points before they are delivered
