You can also enter steam serring and storage manager, and repair steam library structor, if that is part of the issue " but imo that is not a steam library repair issue you have "something is wrong wiith the disc,"
That's the drive itself ( look like a disk write issue ) and that has many more issue , even antivirus app exception rules but for the most its a cant write it to disk,most time its user that test with new drives then problem gone.
