check OS and pc and google how to do if needed, make sure disk letter is there, yes its a mini script , you think i will type commend every time and the other checkups, hell no.

You can also enter steam serring and storage manager, and repair steam library structor, if that is part of the issue " but imo that is not a steam library repair issue you have "something is wrong wiith the disc,"

That's the drive itself ( look like a disk write issue ) and that has many more issue , even antivirus app exception rules but for the most its a cant write it to disk,most time its user that test with new drives then problem gone.
