"patching files" for BF6 uses slow HDD instead of the drive its installed on?
Every time BF6 updates, when it patches files, it starts to use my 4TB HDD which is painfully slow.
Its actually much faster to uninstall then re-install the game.... (i've done it because of this)
Is there anyway to stop games from doing this?

Edit: Its actually not on my the original HDD i thought....
The storage is listed as a "HDD SATA" yet i thought i had 3 m.2's
its still painfully slow however

It will use the drive with the biggest free space. If you want it to use the game install drive you need to have at least x2 the free space of the game install size. I personally leave x3 the free space of the largest game installed and it always uses the game install drive.
