My account is locked.

My account is locked, because when I was about 10, in 2016, I used my mothers credit card on steam, and I was caught, games got removed, etc. My mothers old card has since been invalidated, and she forgives me. I need to do chargebacks (?), but I don't know how. Help.

Also, I couldn't care less about VAC ban, I just wanna buy stuff. 😞

Well you're over the 9 weeks and can't chargeback properly so you'll need to contact Steam Support to see if it's even possible to work something out.
