Hello everyone,

I’m having an issue with my Steam profile avatar. Even though I’ve set an animated avatar, it appears static on my profile page and does not animate at all.

I’ve already checked the following:

- The avatar is definitely an animated one

- Steam is fully up to date

- I’ve tried restarting Steam and clearing the cache

- The issue happens both in the Steam client and in the web browser

Other animated elements (like animated backgrounds or mini-profile elements) seem to work fine, but the avatar itself stays frozen.

Is anyone else experiencing this issue, or does anyone know a fix or workaround?
