Depends on who you want from the fest. You can always borrow a D.Hina.

D.hina solves most red content.

Pretty much all FES units are good. If you want to aim for her, you can. However, I would suggest aiming for the new students since you can incidentally get a Hina (Dress) from those banners.

I really depends, if you need a strong red unit then yes.
but also do keep in mind her burst requires manual play even in auto battle, so depending on how you enjoy the game that may or may not be a deal breaker.

This fes has D.Hina as a banner so that also applies to her (getting those new students while pulling for her).

Alright then, ultimately it will be all up to TSOtagE and his team building/waifu needs.

The question you should be asking is, "Does anyone here not have D Hina?" not "Is she worth pulling?". You'll survive not having her but you'll need multiple units to cover her role, why bother?

That also applies to other Fest units.

This is likely the last time DHina might ever get a dedicated banner before being relegated to Fes spookland (alongside Wakamo, Mika, SHoshino, and SHanako), so be warned. And considering she obliterates basically any red ST content (except for Gebura for obvious reasons)...
