tried that, still same issue
if you've been using virtual desktop at all, start steam vr and manually set steam vr as openxr runtime from the desktop steamvr settings.
virtual desktop automatically keeps setting itself to the default runtime now and doesn't revert it's change causing a few issues when not using the app.
i have a pico neo 3 (not link) and was using the OS for it, but i tried downloading the pico neo 3 link OS, and after updating, it works! Thank you for helping me figure it out.
