* In Decay Part 1 (Cliffhanger), for the CGs where Andrew meets up with Julia in her dorm room and she’s resting on his chest, when Andrew thinks to himself “(God, I don’t think I’ve even touched her in over a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ year….)” and Julia asks “What are you thinking about?”, Julia appears to have Ashley’s eyebrows.
* In Episode 1, during Ashley's second flashback dream, for the CG where Leyley forms a square with her hands and says "What do I do about these hussies around you...", Leyley is missing her eyelashes.
* Typo in Decay Part 1 (Cliffhanger), when Teen Andrew's picking up gifts at the convenience store, before being allowed to buy the tape/chocolate/plushies, but before placing the Tennis Ball in the dog bowl, the shopkeeper says: "I'm sure he's in here somewhere. Ooooh. that silly dog of mine." 'that' should be capitalized.

* Addendum to my v3.0.7 bullet point "You can skip viewing the east summon prompt in the Ritual Room if you ignore it to grab the Red Flowers in the Soul Playground first, then view the north-east summon prompt and follow the subsequent summons that spawn." You are also able to skip the north-east summon prompt by viewing the north summon point first, then following the subsequent summons that spawn.
* Potential Item Smuggling: By doing the above setup, Ashley retains Red Flowers x1 in her Inventory. It's possible if these flowers persist in her inventory when Decay Part 2 resumes, if there is a later puzzle involving Red Flowers, it could cause a sequence break.
* Silly note, if both Andrew and Ashley skip bathing in the Entity's Home Realm, Ashley can then have quite a large inventory of: Mop x1, Red Flowers x1, Unidentifiable Small Object x1, Batteries x1, Gun x1, and Washed Laundry x1 vs the intended Unidentifiable Small Object x1 by the end of the Ritual Room scene haha.
