To get the S&S route, Ashley needs to shoot Andrew with the gun in the episode 2 dream sequence. You can only do that if you didn’t spend all the bullets when you took out the hitman. After the dream sequence, just proceed normally.
I you haven’t encountered that branch in the story yet, you’re in for a treat. The start is pretty similar to the cliffhanger route, but eventually the story diverges completely.
