A new patch is available for Under the Waves !

Patch changes :
Some crashes have been fixed during transitions.
Fixed Stan playing air guitar.
Updated credits.

● Changed quality of textures for inputs
● Added a marker to better guide players towards the caves with Probes on Day 14.
● Damages received by Moon are reduced in the bunker of Sector C.
● Fix a bug making the guitar achievement too difficult to obtain
● Fix an issue with some UI elements keeping their chromatic aberration even if the option was disabled.
● Some fixes have been made in texts and credits.
● Improve streaming logic to fix some crashes related to level transitions

Patch note:

● Wide screens are now supported.

● Fixed some visual glitches in the Life Module.

● Fixed dialogs and markers related to objective “Decontaminate the Whale”.

● Fixed blocker in crafting mission.

● Fixed a crash related to AIs.

● Fixed crashes related to particles.

● Improved feedback for the Dispatcher puzzles.

● Updated some facial animations.

● Platinum achievement will be correctly unlocked for players being stuck due to previous issues with achievements.

A new patch is available now for Under the Waves!
This patch introduces new graphical options and also fixes other bugs:

Gameplay:

● Fixed Moon still going forward during WWII submarine reveal.
● Added respawning oil traces after Day 15 for players being stuck during Depollution quest if they already cleaned all the oil traces.
● Fixed synchronization in the guitar mini game.
● Fixed Stan playing air guitar.
● It’s no longer possible to exit the Life Module before completing all the morning objectives during Day 16.
● Stan correctly switches to swim when falling from a platform.
● All Platforms: Stan doesn’t fall through Moon when entering from a platform.
● Fixed landslide blocking Stan away from Moon, in Sector C.
● Fixed the ending cutscene sometimes not being played.
● Fixed a gameover loop when lacking oxygen.
● Fixed a loot zone near Sector B generating a big white circle marker on the map.
● Fixed sticker boxes looking like they're not opened yet.

Environment:

● The helix collisions have been improved in the tunnels.
● Removed a collision in Dispatcher, preventing the player from reaching and interacting with a door.
● Fixed an issue where the player could land on the top of the MainDrill Building in sector A without cleaning the oil trace.
● Removed a hole in the landscape near Sector C entrance.
● Probe’s cave entrances have been modified to make them more visible.
● Fixed collisions on the base of the Life Module.
● Fixed floor collision in drone hive.
● Fixed collisions on some rocks.
● Removed some rocks floating on the Dispatcher’s pipes.
● Removed some foliage floating in the Abyss cave.
● Removed some vegetation floating above the surface, near sector A.
● Fixed visual glitches that occur sometimes in the Life Module.
● Changed displayed screen on the broken antenna.
● Fixed flying turbines over the elevator.
● Fixed Moon Garage Door staying open.

Music & voices:

● Fixed generic music being cut in some conditions.
● There are more moments to appreciate the silence of the ocean.
● Fixed Stan’s dialog when interacting with the mirror, being not coherent with the moment of the day.
● French version only: Fixed the dialog during a call with Emma being cut by another dialog.

Options:

● Added Graphic Option to attenuate the Grain.
● Added Graphic Option to disable the Chromatic Aberration.
● Added an option to invert the camera X axis when using the mouse.
● Added an option to disable the Letterboxing.
● Added an option to disable the Lens Dirt.

Saves:

● Now supports saves on the Cloud.
● Fixed the save of daily logs that might be not saved sometimes.

Misc:

● Disabled tips in loading screens after Stan’s last choice.

A new patch is available for Under the Waves! This patch focuses on fixing bugs and issues with achievements.

● Added Collectible Yellow boot inside the U-Sub WWII (J0 does not give it on day 14 anymore)
● Fixed a hole in the landscape.
● Fixed a parasite frame before the cinematic after Stan’s choice.
● Fixed looted chests still having a marker on map
● Fixed plastic boots not having their basic appearance but always the yellow one.
● Fixed proteus rocks being burnt in sectors maps not counting for the quest.
● Added an intermediate marker to lead towards the server room in Bunker Office in sector B.
● Fixed Stan not able to exit Moon during low integrity warning.
● Fixed photo quest not working with sleeping whales.
● Fixed “Cleaning Operation” quest that couldn’t be completed from sector areas.
● Fixed “Cleaning Operation” quest where the progression for the objective “Clean the Area” was not correctly saved.
● Fixed Moon still boosting during the reveal Submarine WWII cinematic if the player arrives in the area while boosting.
● Fixed an issue on Elevator Engine going out of the axis.
● Fixed a blocker issue where reloading a save after day 14 where the player exits the submarine “WWII” would end up in a black screen.
● Fixed an issue where Moon spawned in a rock when reloading inside the submarine “WWII” after day 14.
● Fixed a loot zone marker looking like a big white dot on the map.
● Fixed a crash that may happen when visualizing photos taken with the Camera.
● Fixed visual glitch happening sometimes in the Life Module.
● Fixed a bug where the Moon Hangar door would stay open, making a hole to go under the game map.

It's amazing to see so many people enjoying Stan's journey in the North Sea. Thanks everyone!

We are aware that some of you are experiencing bugs and we are truly sorry for that. The team is focusing on fixing them and will continue to update the game in the coming weeks to ensure a smooth experience for everyone.

Today, we release the first main patch for Under the Waves:

● Fixed music being abruptly cut.

● Fixed unlimited oxygen during Day 14.

● Fixed a misplaced objective marker during drill activation objective.

● Fixed some interactions not being enabled after finishing the game (bed, jellyfish at the window).

● Fixed galleon trophy being not obtainable.

● Fixed containers mission not being started after reloading the game during Day 03.

● Fixed Stan being unable to enter in Moon during containers mission during Day 03.

● Fixed Moon being stuck in an explosion loop.

● Fixed a crash when using a mine on a grid at Transit Street

● Fixed screen tearing
